Good shipping, as described product.

smooth, no problems. the sofa package as delivered had been punctured in several places. The undercover fabric (not visible) was ripped in one place, but we did not want to return it for that! Maybe integrity of the packaging could be improved.

Love the sofa- great quality and easy set up. Wish they offered white glove service because it’s hard to get out of the box and they never set up a delivery date with me, so if I didn’t happen to be home, would they have left it on my front porch?!

The chair is attractive but the quality isn’t there and it’s not comfortable. The legs splay out when you sit in it - feels like they’ll snap, and we’re not heavy or overweight.
