It’s COMFORTABLE- like the kind of couch you can accidentally nap on in the middle of the day if you aren’t careful. It’s well built, beautiful and cozy. The wool is great even in warm temps. We definitely need to scotch guard it to prevent stains. The few oops moments we have had were fixed quickly with a little “goop” which we heard is great for wool, and it is. Highly recommend.

Delivery schedule, packaging, and assembly instructions were all excellent. Craftsmanship and materials of chairs was exceptional. Very pleased with everything.

Very well built nice quality

Great sofa, quick delivery. A valuable environmental improvement, would be the option of natural latex cushions on the sofas instead of poly foam. They would also stay firmer on the sofa seat and not pop up when someone a little heavier sits on a cushion.

I purchased a sectional sofa online from Kardiel . Friends balked “I would never buy a sofa without seeing it and sitting on it first”. The Kardiel website description of craftsmanship and quality was more convincing to me and I ordered. The sofa came quickly and securely packaged. I wouldn’t change a thing, I am in love with this sofa and the quality and craftsmanship are exactly as stated by Kardiel.
