Easy to deal with, responsive; was easy to track through the shipping company and make arrangements for delivery according to the customer's needs.

This chair is AMAZING!! Fantastic quality. Arrived quickly! Just as described. Very happy and will definitely order from this company again

Love the sectional. Wood look rear is classy and modern- would highly recommend it!

It’s COMFORTABLE- like the kind of couch you can accidentally nap on in the middle of the day if you aren’t careful. It’s well built, beautiful and cozy. The wool is great even in warm temps. We definitely need to scotch guard it to prevent stains. The few oops moments we have had were fixed quickly with a little “goop” which we heard is great for wool, and it is. Highly recommend.

Delivery schedule, packaging, and assembly instructions were all excellent. Craftsmanship and materials of chairs was exceptional. Very pleased with everything.
