Service was phenomenal, received our sectional with a couple weeks. My only critique is that I would have paid extra for white-glove delivery and setup service. But assembly was a breeze!

When we first found Kardiel, we were a little skeptical to buy a couch sight-unseen, but we took the chance and are SO glad we did! This couch is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and so quality made! The fabric is such a perfect color and is exactly as pictured. The couch is SO comfortable - not too soft, not too firm - just right! And the best of all was that the couch was in stock and truly arrived in 2 weeks, which is unheard of right now with furniture so hard to find! The customer service rep I spoke with prior to placing my order was so knowledgeable and helpful, too. Great customer service, great experience! Would highly recommend :)
