Although there was an initial mix up with delivery ( wrong configuration) , the company quickly picked up the wrong section and also quickly delivered the new section. Paid extra to have it delivered inside the house which was very very helpful. They brought in the sofa and the unwrapped it and took away the large box and packing material. Very helpful

Shipping was a big surprise. Was faster than quoted from Washington to Charleston. This was a new city for us and the local delivery was superior to any other in the last six months.
