The customer service team at Kardiel is the finest I’ve encountered. I recently needed a replacement leg for a chair and they sent it out immediately. They were so nice and easy to chat with.

Although there was an initial mix up with delivery ( wrong configuration) , the company quickly picked up the wrong section and also quickly delivered the new section. Paid extra to have it delivered inside the house which was very very helpful. They brought in the sofa and the unwrapped it and took away the large box and packing material. Very helpful
