We waited 10 months for a couch due to factors out of Kardiel’s control. It was definitely worth the wait, it looked exactly as it was presented online. The box was damaged in transit which damaged the couch. Kardiel was immediately responsive & took care of business in a professional manner. I will definitely continue shopping Kardiel.
