I ordered an in-stock Domus sectional because I was worried about shipping delays. It arrived SO QUICKLY! I am delighted with the quality, and the color was true to online photos. I have only unpacked the chaise so far due to unexpected delays in my family room renovation. We are two months in to owning this sofa and so far, zero complaints. My elementary aged kids love the velvet. It is very low pile, but super soft and shifts its sheen with movement, which the kids adore because they can gently draw on it with their fingers. We discovered it's possible to leave a print in the velvet with a person's face, which the kids find hilarious and has led to lots of fun shenanigans. It's been super comfy for long naps, a guest slept there overnight comfortably, and we can fit 5 silly neighbor kids under age 13 on it --with the massive ottoman-- all at once. The kids like making forts between the ottoman and the chaise, so the size really lends itself to creative family use. It's held up well to some unapproved jumping **cringe** and a couple spills (one was ice cream) that wiped right off with a damp rag. No sign of any sagging in the cushions or upholstery despite daily family use. I love that the shipping boxes had attached accordion/honeycomb feet designed to absorb some impact during delivery. All my boxes remained intact because of those little feet, which took a beating and broke off during delivery, but provided the perfect cushion to allow the boxes themselves to be unharmed while being unloaded into the garage. Genius! I'd order this again, but so far this couch looks like it will serve us well for the next decade. Thanks, Kardiel!
