This couch is beautifully made, and the fabric is grade-A quality. The two reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the shipping is through a second-party vendor, so if there are any issues, it is very complicated to file a return. The second reason is that the foam seems to be dipping in some areas, and we've had it for less than a year.
