The entire process, from purchasing to receipt of my item, was undeniably TOO easy! The complimentary call from Kardiel to discuss shipping was a pleasant and welcoming surprise. The overall experience made me feel that Kardiel not only believes in their product, but they want their customer to be happy as well. I’ll certainly be buying from them again.

Ordering communication and website was great. Delivery was great. Took forever to come but the chair is well made and very comfortable even if it took like 6 months to come.
