New plates put out much less ozone that original plates.

Poor communication and no response to two messages through web site.

Shipping and service was acceptable but this unit has not been able to effect noticable improvement.

Don’t work sending it back

The generator was not shipped until a week after I placed the order even though the customer service person assured me it had gone out on the day they received the order.
