Odor free promptly offered solution for unit that no longer emitted ozone scent after new plates did not correct the issue. Great customer service for old unit. Well past 5 years old and has worked thousands of hours over the years. Simply return unit with $75 payment for replacement. Now I am frustrated by paying additional $36 for new plates that I didn't need after the fact,actually replacement is over $100. Much less than purchasing a brand new unit.
