Great customer service, poor products. I probably would have had better results (and saved money) buying plants at Home Depot.

The customer service reps are always so kind and helpful, but you might do some QC at the nursery. The last two plants I got from you are way smaller than pictured (maybe because it’s winter and they’re not maturing as quickly?) In any case, hoping you can return to your 2021 splendor because I got some great plants from you then! Every business has ups and downs and I’m hoping your next up is coming soon.
