She said it was turned on its side during delivery. A new leaf didn’t make it and broke shortly after she took it out of the box. She said the plant was gorgeous but she could tell it was expensive and never should have been lying in its side. During shipping or when they put it on her porch, it was side ways. So only 3 stars.

Did you include note I wrote to recipient? They couldn’t find one.

Plant arrived promptly after we ordered.

I thought I was getting a pretty green plant but it was yellow and brown on the leaves. I notified you but received no comeback.

Service was great. But the plants that was received looked unhealthy and only had 3 leaves. Not like the picture at all.
