Shipping wasn't so great. I wasn't getting updates when delivery was getting close. After checking to see if the UPS truck was getting close, as they usually show a map with the location of the truck once it gets closer. It didn't show the map, just that it was out for delivery and looked like it was a little over halfway here from Lansing. I had decided to go out and check just in case and there she was. The box was laying on it's side. It is cold here in Michigan and glad I had checked. A couple minutes after getting the plant inside I got an email stating it had been delivered. I have asked UPS to ring the doorbell, but they never do. I know they are swamped this time of year, but if not going to give updates then at least ring the doorbell.

One star deducted because the saucer came broken - tho I understand that’s on the shipping. Otherwise great plant!

Easy purchase process and it shipped quickly! But given the state of the plant, maybe more care is needed when shipping?

Great packaging and instructions. I didn’t get the shipping information which was a bit stressful, but overall great experience.
