My plant was delivered wonderfully. Two leaves I had to snip once I unwrapped the plants, but overall very satisfied with my purchase!

Arrived nicely packaged. Shipping was always current and up to date. Pots and plants were beautiful- I would purchase again

Perhaps look for another shipper that can handle plants with more care. The problems encountered were due to an unusual cold snap and being damaged in shipping.

One plant arrived out of its pot due to shipping issues. You made everything right, immediately!

Box should have had a "this side up arrow" on it to avoid damage to the plant and some kind of instructions inside as to what to do with the plant once received.
