Bugs took over my house a week after getting these plants!

As I mentioned, I can't quite believe you have reached out for a review after your appalling service. You caused my family unnecessary and continued distress during a time of grief. One misstep would have ben forgivable, but for you to then stumble on our order several more times was not.

Horrible service, the plant was severely damaged. Never again I am making a mistake of buying plants through Bloomscape!

The pot and water collector saucer underneath the plant are damaged. I reached out to customer service via email and never received a response.
