Two plants ordered and both arrived dead or dying. Customer service was fine. They issued me a refund.

My plant was dead. Still haven’t received a replacement

One plant arrived dead and couldn’t be revived. The other had gnats.

money tree arrived completely detached from the soil and root, leaves were a bit wilty. no cushion on top to protect the plant from falling over. i did get a refund but i think you need to pack your plants more securely!
