The first plant that was

The first plant that was sent to me was completely mangled, i reached out to support and they sent out another plant. The pot color that I requested was on backorder and nobody told me, so weeks later I reached back out and learned the color was out of stock, so I picked a new color. When the new plant arrived it was still mangled, although not as bad as the first one. The box was ripped up and re-taped, which should be expected using Fedex as they are terrible. There was only a single bamboo stick to protect the entire plant which had shattered. One bamboo stick is NOT enough to protect your plants. I have lost confidence in bloomscape and will not be ordering from you again.

Received incomplete order and it took several weeks to get a replacement. When I received that, it was also incorrect and have yet to receive the right product.
