I ordered on 12/26 &
I ordered on 12/26 & Visa was charged 12/27. Your system did not work as I was unable to track with the order number & my email. I contacted customer service & it appears my order disappeared. A reorder was placed by CS on 1/6 & this gift should now arrive on 1/12. Not close to the 2-5 days after placing original order message.
