It looks like there is some discoloration close to the root of the plant my partner received. This was a Valentine’s Day gift and to be honest, I’ve been really disappointed with the level of service and quality of product that we’ve received. The gift note that I requested to be sent with the plant was unfortunately no where to be found even after I spoke with Jennifer T. to confirm it would be sent. Also, our plant arrived close to 10 days after Valentine’s Day and I was only notified the day before so couldn’t even have an alternate gift ready in place. I understand that there are weather factors out of our control, but I also didn’t expect to receive my product 20 days after ordering it. I placed my order on 2/4 to buffer against this kinda thing because I read there would be a possibility that it wouldn’t be sent in time. Further, it left a really sour feeling in my mouth when I would get marketing emails from you guys while still not even receiving my first plant. I really have been wanting to keep these concerns to myself because I know there are unique challenges affecting your business right now, but the quality of the plant we received is not up to standard. Can you please make this right? Thank you.
