Had issues within 5 DAYS
Had issues within 5 DAYS of receiving my ZZ plant. I was hoping since the plant was brand new you’d have another remedy besides insinuating that I may have caused the issues within 5 days by not following the directions on the placard that was enclosed with the plant when it was delivered. Bloomscape mentioned the severe discoloring on the leaves concerned then. Isn’t it abnormal to have SEVERE discoloration in less than a week? They suggested I overwatered or starved the plant from light. Both which were false. The plant sat next to a window and was watered one time in a week. Then they suggested taking all the discolored leaves off. That would be the entire plant. Then there was a 9-stop process that included re-potting, bleaching the pot with a homemade solution, using rubbing alcohol to clean the shears after snipping each root, and on and on. The process would have taken hours for a little plant. At that point, I’d toss the plant. Disappointed in Customer Service response. First time using Bloomscape. Will be hesitant to use again.
