Shipping took longer than expected. Order was not correct.

Plant arrived with many unhealthy and already split leaves. Not what I expected.

Plant came slightly brown. Soil inside was spilled everywhere when I opened it which I think is the fault of the delivery team, and two branches came pre broken: one branch about 3 inches long and another about 5 inches. I think Bloomscape takes great care in growing these beautiful plants, but someone definitely dropped the ball with packaging and delivery.
