The plant arrived is poor shape. There was soil all over the plant and inside of the box, which spilled out onto the floor when opening. The plant itself does not seem like it will survive as it is loosely laying on top of the soil and much of it has fallen apart.

The logistics team is care less in their packaging. Originally ordered a 12” repotting kit. What showed up is the pot but no soil. Customer support then had the soil sent but what showed up is the rolling plant tray. Two stars because the tray is useful.

The plants were beautiful and clearly taken well care of before they were sent out. Shipping wasn’t great, and it should be clearly indicated on the product page the pots material - “Ecopot” isn’t a very good descriptor. It looks like ceramic in the photos but it’s very cheap feeling plastic. Pretty disappointed given how expensive the plants were.

Initially the order wasn’t sent out when they were supposed to due to some error, but luckily after I reached out they resent and made it in time for the holiday. Plants came half dead but time will tell if they come back to life.

The only reason so low, is this ordered was placed on November 21, 2022 and never received the plant care set as of December 25, 2022, even after it was reinstated to the Bloomscape site with no waitlist. I finally just gave up and opted for a refund.
