shipping poor, customer service good once they discovered the issue

leaves had black spots. Shipping box was damaged

I picked the plant up from the mailroom in my building and it was upside down, which meant that when I opened it many of the taller branches were broken (which matters as I had paid for a taller plant). There was a bamboo rod that I assume was meant to prevent it from getting smashed should it flip, but the rod had fallen out.

Bad quality . Delayed

just ok, one plant was DOA
