Worse than expected

Usually, I rate Bloomscape five-plus stars. In the past, I've received plants in perfect health, and the way they were tucked into the box with cardboard built around the pot and plant, not a leaf or grain of soil had budged in transit. This time, though, it looked like the plant had been through a hurricane on its way to me. The little tree was completely uprooted and nearly sideways in the box. Bare roots and soil were everywhere. The base of the pot was sideways in the box, and the plastic wrap that I assumed was meant to hold it all together was balled up inside the pot. After my past experiences with Bloomscape, this was a shock. I'm giving you two stars (not one) because the plant does seem to have survived the trip, which indicates that it's robust and healthy, but even calculating the carelessness of the shipping companies, the tree was clearly not secured well during packing, not with the same love and care of past purchases. The shape everything was in when it got to me shattered my trust.

Hopefully customer service contacts me to resolve issue.

Poor. Won’t buy again.

Shipping was fast but plant was in poor shape when it arrived.
