Very nice product, but installation difficult and no installation information provided

Only reason for 4 not 5 star was because I couldn’t order online, something was wrong with the payment link on the website. However, the response and help from customer service was excellent.

Good on-time deliver from stock within 2/3 days of ordering/paying.

Ordered sink wastes but they didn’t fit so had to return them. Find the lack of free returns is crap for a brand that market themselves as premium. Customer service were also okay but not particularly helpful. I had called to ask about the sink wastes to check specs etc. they just said to buy and return if it didn’t fit. I did they but still end up at least £10 out of pocket to send it back tracked and signed for. So their products look nice but not sure it’s worth the higher price. Our plumber was also not impressed with the quality vs price.

Returned goods as were not great quality and the company withheld an administrative fee for processing the returned goods. They took a very long time to refund the money and I had to call several times to ask for a refund.
