Amazing build quality, super quiet, very comfortable, and excellent customer service. It was a big investment but totally worth the wait and expense. Would buy it again, and again.

I am so satisfied with the quality of finished product. But the package was broken and it was delivered in a rainy day. The half of box were wet and ripped. Except the delivery, it was ok even though the customer service returned without timely manner.

The Chair is super comfortable, as we are expecting a child my wife finds is very relaxing and comfy specially when the rest of the house furniture don't work for her... this one does the trick ! :) Customer Service (Ashleigh Sher) thank you so much !!
