Delivery was smooth. My husband assembled the bed in just over an hour. The directions were clear. Finally, it's comfortable. We love this bed. Nine grandchildren use it as a play space so it's getting real rugged use. It's a top performer strong and sturdy. Love it. Without question we'd buy this product again.
