Excellent packaging. Easy installation

I love this system - I connected it to the ice maker and now I have the best ever ice cubes. I use them in everything cold - they just taste fresh!

Customer service team really cares about its customers. Whole home unit does exactly what it is supposed to. Can’t believe how quickly we noticed how bad our water was before install.

The filters are good except cannot help with calcium buildup. The customer service is good although sometimes it is hard to reach someone.
