Well I was just doing research on different pillows and manufacturers and what the ratings were from people. And your company seem to have really good ratings. But sometimes those can be tricky. So I talked to one of your customer reps his name is Jon, and he told me about his experience and I said are you located in the United States so if I can call I can reach someone there because a lot of companies say they're in the United States but they really have a call center somewhere else and I didn't want to deal with that but he assured me every step of the way and I had a good experience I got my products actually a couple of days early and I'm very pleased I am going to recommend this to everybody
