Still have Not received, yet asked for a rating..disappointed!
Funny, not sure how we can rate the fridge when we still have not received it. We are extremely disappointed. We payed for our fridge in FULL in October ( it is now March), ship date was supposed to be Jan 25. We have not heard 1 peep from anyone after we gave them our cc#. I had to call customer service just to check on the status, she replied it probably won't be any earlier than stated, not very helpful.
There is zero communication, well I take that back we did get this email asking how we liked our new slim fridge and to please rate it, ridiculous!!!!!
For the price paid, there should be EXCELLENT customer service!
