We have been undertaking a major restoration of a 1925 Craftsman Style home for the past 2 years. We are putting the final touches into the home including the Kitchen appliances and Big Chill was our winning choice. The kitchen has a small footprint and we wanted to keep that charm. We choose the 30” recirculating Retro hood and 30” Retro Stove (expecting delivery soon). The Retro style is perfect for our home. The hood arrived in great condition. The packaging was over the top to protect the incredible finish. Once unpacked it took me about 30 minutes to install. We love the look and quality of this product and will recommend it to anyone thinking about upgrading their kitchen.

I love my new Big Chill refrigerator! Everyone who sees it has a fit over it! My only complaint about the appliance itself - there is no light in the freezer. The other complaint has to do with delivery. I paid for white glove delivery. The delivery men put a small ding on the front of the refrigerator that I pointed out and they told me to call the manufacturer for some touch up paint. Also, they did not level it so the door will not stay open. Now I will have to hire someone to do that for me as I live alone and cannot do this by myself. Very frustrating! I would recommend this appliance to anyone who wants the retro look but caution you to watch the delivery men like a hawk! My delivery men tried to run out the door before I could check everything!

I love my new fridge, it is much larger inside than I thought it would be and it looks great with my 1947 stove and hood!

My kitchen is still being renovated but my Big Chill frig looks fantastic. I get so many compliments.

I’m in love with a refrigerator! He is a turquoise classic! I swoon whenever I walk into my kitchen and I make excuses to open and shut him using his shiny chrome handles because I adore the way they feel! Our family has dubbed him “Chilly Willy”! The most negative thing I can say about our new fridge is that he’s the most expensive appliance we have ever purchased and I feel that your pricing is a bit high for your product. We had to choose curbside delivery because of cost and it was not a good experience! We had to remove our front door and both doors on the fridge to get it into the house and it was terrifying! We were afraid of damaging our new and extremely expensive fridge! It took 2 hours to get him safely in place. I would tell anyone ordering to bite the bullet and pay the extra $$$ to have inside delivery and set up! All said, we love our new Big Chill and are extremely pleased with our purchase!
