This was my very first purchase from Traditions. To be quite honest I am very hesitant about buying Christmas ornaments online. I have bought from other establishments who sent me scratched up and beat up ornaments that they said were new. I did receive two damaged items. I called them immediately and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I sent them pictures and they immediately took care of the issue. Their customer service is exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse this business and will purchase from them again. You should too.

I recently ordered Christmas ornaments, "Letter to Santa" and "Twas the Night Before Christmas" book ornament for my Grandsons, 5 and 7 years old. The ornaments are perfect and the boys will love them.
