I have purchased Halloween, Valentines Day and St Patrick’s Day ornaments from Traditions. The ornaments have arrived timely, in good condition and of a good quality that met my expectations. I had an unfortunate situation with a reverb purchase - the delivery never arrived. Traditions replaced the order promptly and courteously. I am very pleased and will continue to rely on them for festive and fun holiday decor.

Great ornaments a pink heart shaped box of chocolates and a red one had to get both sling with a ornament shaped like sweet heart candy box!

I have Christmas, Halloween, Valentines and St Patrick’s trees to decorate! On my most recent order, the box never arrived (although the tracking code indicated it had). Traditions very promptly replaced the missing items with no hassle or complaint. The excellent customer service was very much appreciated and makes me very comfortable to purchase from them again.
