I love my X-Chair. It is the most comfortable chair I own. It is far better than the chair I was using. I bought a refurbished chair which I feel is just as good as a new one. When I originally ordered the chair, I opted to get the standard wheels. After I had the chair for a few days, I realized that the original wheels were not working (rolling). I went back to X-Chair and purchased the premium wheels. The premium wheels easily roll from the plastic protector to the carpet with no problem. I would definitely advise anyone to spend the extra money and get the upgraded wheels.

Extremely easy assembly, even for an 80+-year-old. The video was very helpful. Chair comfort ++++ especially lumbar support.

Great chair. Great customer service . Bought for my husband who was having some back and neck issues . He sits at a desk for 9 hours a day . Jeremiah helped me selecting the best chair for his needs .
