Love my chair.

Ordered up the basic X chair, once I assembled it, found the hydraulic center stem was not operable. Called their Customer Service & they sent a replacement immediately, along with instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble, it was quite simple. Love X chair

It’s a very good quality, well made chair. It’s sooo comfortable!!! I love it!! Totally worth it!
