I have been totally satisfied. The sales and customer service people were professional and were able to able to answer my questions, customer support were excellent and the chair has exceeded my expectations.

The chair came quickly and in perfect shape. Easy to assemble and extremely glad I purchased it.

After Fedex managed to destroy the first chair, customer service quickly reordered a replacement. When I contacted customer service to check the status of the replacement, everyone was extremely helpful. Nate went many extra miles to insure the chair was assembled and shipped that day. Now I’m a big fan. The chair has exceeded all expectations.

Service was first rate. Delivery was delayed due to the holiday. Tyler was especially helpful in service and kept me informed. She was patient and kind. Tracking information was updated constantly.
