We received our X-Chair 01/02/2023 it was damaged. I spoke with someone in the services department and with in three weeks we received our new x-Chair. We are very happy with chair.

The CSR I spoke with promptly corrected a shortage in my order and in a matter of a few days I had the missing items.

Shipping for the chair was very quick, approximately a week. If the ELEMAX Cooling, Heat and Massage Unit is added to your order it will ship separately from the chair, it took approximately a week and a half.
