Got it in less than a week!

My experience began with a true interest in X-Chair, but I was certainly not going to commit to the pricing blindly. I decided to test the product with a refurb purchase. While that went poorly and never shipped, customer service immediately responded and upgraded me to a brand-new X-Chair. How's THAT for customer service? As a small business owner myself, I was impressed. I would have done the same so my expectations grew. The new chair arrived promptly, and assembly was standard if not simple. Can I just say? WOW! Just WOW! This chair is a life improvement for anyone that has to be sitting for the majority of their day, and a flat luxury to someone that just sits in it occasionally! It is a MUST-HAVE! And I'm NOT some bot or someone being paid to say this. I'm not even inclined to leave reviews 90% of the time. But this product deserved my nod. I'm now considering buying my entire office new X-Chairs because I want my entire family of staff to enjoy this comfort and posture-correcting piece of art!

The Task X-Chair is a wonderful chair to own. It's worth the investment and it provides great dynamic Lumbard support via the ability to adjust. to your body's movements. The heat massager and headrest upgrades enhance the experience. The chair's recline capability makes falling asleep a relaxing experience which leaves one rested. If one is a considering a new chair, X-Chair is the chair to own.
