Once finally assembled, the chair is very nice, and my wife thoroughly enjoys it. Minor problem on the here to there. I received in 3 different deliveries. The accompanying emails were not so clear. For example, I received 3 emails stating order complete. I bought this chair for a Christmas present for my wife who has been blessed to work from home since Covid. I say this only because I couldn't complete for over a month until all parts arrived..

The X-Chair is comfortable, provides great support for the lumbar spine. Additionally, the Elemax cooling, heat and massage functionality gently reduces any lower back stress while working long hours at home.

Got here in great shape.
