It took 4 months to get the bed. I did not receive any information about shipping. When the bed finally arrived, it was in the wrong finish. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Shipping and delivery was very frustrating. Customer service with James and James became condescending, short and unwilling or unable to help expedite the process when my dining table sat at a holding facility for almost a month while their third party delivery service “configured” the route. The only reason I believe I will have a table for thanksgiving is that my husband began calling around delivery services in the town Deliver Right listed in their tracking and located our table. I would never spend this amount of money again to be just due to the lack of respect or concern James and James had when our delivery process stalled with no updates.

Terrible craftsmanship

One of 2 expensive beds were delivered....still waiting since May of 2024 for the second bed, it's September 2024. One bed was delivered and my daughters bed they lost the headboard in transit. Still have not been called about delivery of said bed. Took a day off work for the delivery and they expect me to take another day to have a bed delivered during the week because they think single moms it's an easy thing to take a day off of work, lose pay, for their mistake. I was credited for the white glove delivery fee plus 50 dollars only. Considering the price of the bed, kind of upsetting....and I have yet to have a followup on my daughter's bed ordered. Very disheartening.

White glove delivery service a joke. Poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service when issues are communicated. Unbox, assemble and review every inch of furniture before you let delivery people leave (because that’s practical, right?) Online marketing looks beautiful- actual furniture is low quality and not worth the hype.
