My order was shipped to Massachusetts for some reason when I live in Florida. I’ve been in communication with Simpli-Home but do not receive any proactive assistance. I only get responses when I reach out to them. I was informed a new package would be shipped ASAP and they would provide a new tracking number. That was a week ago. I haven’t heard anything. Horrible service thus far.
