ROBINSON (SFCC)

As stated in my review, I ordered the pedestal sink only to be contacted and told the pricing online was incorrect and would not be honored. Your real price for the complete order would now be several hundred dollars higher than anywhere else! I canceled the order with the customer service rep but you still charged me $1! The amount is irrelevant but the mistake was Robinson’s so why am i charged for your mistake? We have a lot of lighting to buy in the next couple of weeks. Based on our simple online experience we will take this business elsewhere as we feel Robinson mislead with their pricing, didn’t honor it and then charged us for your mistake!

Worst retail experience ever. A simple return should have taken 5 minutes but instead took an HOUR of my time. Staff in store were rude, misinformed, and ultimately unhelpful. I've had better customer service at Home Depot! I will never shop at Robinson again.

We got no communication after ordering something.

Not good this time around.

Disappointing experience. Yes there is supply chain issues everywhere but you need to update people what’s going on with their order. Especially when you’ve already received the payment.
