ROBINSON (SFCC)

The person you cash out with needs help! He must be new. I purchased other things there and he seemed confused and didn't know what to do.

I ordered online which was great but the customer service upon pick up was a bit brisk and unfriendly.

The product took awhile to ship.

Took a while for someone to help me in store with my purchase but most staff were very inclined to talk to another customer by name. I guess they are friendlier once they know you?

1 out of 3 lights were different and the wiring was reversed. One of the main pieces were missing in all 3! Light is absolutely beautiful but frustrating parts were missing.
