I ordered online which was great but the customer service upon pick up was a bit brisk and unfriendly.

The product took awhile to ship.

Took a while for someone to help me in store with my purchase but most staff were very inclined to talk to another customer by name. I guess they are friendlier once they know you?

1 out of 3 lights were different and the wiring was reversed. One of the main pieces were missing in all 3! Light is absolutely beautiful but frustrating parts were missing.

No follow up after delivery delayed until I phoned to inquire
