Great staff, dealing with replacing the glass for a pendant light but haven't received it yet

I ordered, you delivered. Way to go. You're the best!!! LOL

Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, that was all good. But one of the light shade holders was bent slightly. We didn't think it would be too noticeable, so we installed it. Once installed we found that the lightshade will not fit properly because of the dent in the metal holder. Too late to send it back, I love the fixture, but every time I look at it I see the one slightly crooked light.

Shipping was fast and easy. Returns are simple too.
