Mark treated all of us like old time friends and showed extreme patience as each of us had different needs and wants including needs for adults with chronic pains, teenagers, and children. He showed us around, explained the different products and worked with all of us in three different visits. We will definitely recommend Ortho Mattress to anyone who needs a new mattress
