Have only had contact with your store over the phone.
My experience with the sales person over the phone to discuss and secure the mattress I was seeking was excellent. The gentleman who handled my call was very good at his job and made sure that I got all the info I needed and helped me make an appropriate decision on the mattress of my choice. I will look forward to meeting him when I come into the store the week of June 4 to purchase the mattress.
