Great service

I haven't bought a new mattress in 20 years and was dreading the entire process. I walked into the Ortho store on La Brea, and was lucky enough to meet David. I ask a lot of questions and tend to be very skeptical- he was beyond patient with me, and never lost his cool or his sense of humor, even though I gave him a hard time at the beginning until I realized I could trust him. :) He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Even though I ended up buying one of the mattresses at the lower end of the price range, he treated me like a VIP- he returned all of my follow-up calls and texts promptly, and personally handled my sale over the phone later that week, walking me through every step of the process. Talk about customer service! And this despite being one of the top VPs at the company (a fact I learned later) with a very busy schedule, given that it was right before Memorial Day. Thank you David, for making the process seem comfortable and easy. I will definitely recommend Ortho to all of my friends!

Sales representative Sal, was patient, intuitive to my look fors and made me an offer I could not refuse. The white glove service with same day delivery was excellent. I could not be happier with my new mattress.
