We had the greatest salesperson at the Encinitas store! Bill was so helpful and well-informed, plus his friendly, cheerful attitude made the whole experience much more enjoyable than we expected mattress shopping would be. He really knows the products, listens to the customer, and understands what features you need.

My husband and I were on the way to Costco to buy a mattress when we say the sign outside the Ortho Mattress store and decided to stop in. Michael was very helpful and let me lay on the different mattresses. He explained the differences between the different firmness, etc. So we bought a queen and a full size with box springs. They will deliver and hall away the old one…which we would have had to do on our own had we gone through Costco. Worth the extra money.
