This is for the Lake Forest location. Woo Kim helped us find the perfect memory foam mattress. He had a ton of product knowledge and was very patient when we were taking forever to decide between 2 mattresses.

I bought my new Ortho mattress because it received strong customer ratings. It was also on sale for the July 4 holiday. And Vinny, the manager took the time with me to explain the various beds. I bought the same bed that he said he owns. What a difference from my very old bed!

Ben provided great customer service. My mattress purchase was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mattress.
