Cliff, the Ortho representative, helped us to pick the best value in our price range. He was helpful but never pushy. The mattress was delivered in prefect condition exactly when cliff said it would be delivered. I would recommend Ortho to any friend or family member interested in new mattress.

I went into the store to just look around a lay on a few beds and Hank was so helpful that we ended up buying a mattress. I told my husband before we went into the store that if the salesman was going to follow us around and ask annoying questions I was going to leave. Hank wasn’t pushy but was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right fit for us. It was overall a pleasant experience.
